Draft block for dough processing
Novotný, Jan ; Vlašic, František (referee) ; Dvořáček, Jiří (advisor)
The Bachelor´s thesis deals with a structural design of a draft block of the placement of dough processing rollers, which are used for stiffening wheat dough in bakery lines intended for the production of common bakery products. The introduction gives a description of a bread and common bakery making production line. Next the thesis briefly deals with other possible dough-stiffening methods and with sanitary, structural and material requirements for food processing machinery. The structural part is devoted to a roller propulsion draft and a solution of a shift of one of the rollers. It contains a calculation of a worm gear, a load shaft calculation and a complete design documentary materials.
Construction of Azimuth Fork Mount
Dostál, Jan ; Matějka, Petr (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
Purpose of this master´s thesis is the construction proposal of azimuth fork mount with load capacity to 20kg including both axes drives. The solution contains design options of azimuth fork mount, calculations, design proposal of the mount and drawings of the shaft, fork and the assembly.
Design of universal rotary manipulator for positioning of weldments
Kračmar, Filip ; Kolíbal, Zdeněk (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of rotary manipulator for positioning weldments, which could be 5000 mm long and weight 500 kg. The beginning of the thesis presents the research of welding manipulators which could be founded on the market. Three variants of the positioner are proposed in the next section. The resulting variant is optimized using strength analysis in ANSYS software. Furthermore, two variants of drive, by hand drive or electric motor, are presented. The manipulator is interconnected in a single part using a designed frame constructure. Critical points of the manipulator are checked by strength calculation. The final part contains the risk analysis of the proposed manipulator.
Technological project of component manufacturing
Beháň, Jakub ; Chladil, Josef (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The primary objective of this bachelor thesis is to replace the standard method of manufacturing for universal machines with a higher version according to the technical opportunities that are possible nowadays, ie. CNC machines. The introductory part of the thesis describes the characteristics of the selected part. The following section describes the proposal for universal machines. The proposal consists of the elaboration of the technological procedure and description of used universal machines and tools. The next part moves the current technological process to a higher level, using CNC technology. After the technological process is made, the production of sample is described in the penultimate chapter. The last chapter is based on evaluation of technical-economic aspects including ecology. In the final part, the bachelor thesis is extended with a chapter of discussion, whose task is to introduce an alternative production using turn technology.
Dynamic Behaviours of the C Axis Drive for Multifunction Cutting Center
Křepela, Jan ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Souček, Pavel (referee) ; Brychta, Zdeněk (referee) ; Singule, Vladislav (advisor)
his Disertation thesis involves the creating of the simulation model of the C axis drive over mentioned machine and them verification on the prototype of this machine. C axis is controlled with position feedback. Simulation model was created before the realisation of the machine prototype for the preliminary identification of the dynamic behaviours in the working cycles and them opportunity of the realisation this conception. C axis is constructed with worm gear and is controlled with help of Master-Slave drive. This torque drive eliminates the production backlash in the worm gear. The multifunction turning center, where is used this C axis, is determinate for heavy duty roughing cutting of the forged peaces, where is problem with dynamic stability of the cutting process. Simulation model includes the problems with multi-body mass system, friction on the worm gear, self locking, damping on the worm gear and the optimization of the parametrs for many regulators. Simulation model was verified on the prototype of the machine. Achieved results bring the new knowledge, which are used for simulation complicated machine nodes and this knowledge is used for research and developing of the similar mechatronics system.
Design of a parking brake for vehicles powered by an electric motor
Kolčava, Jiří ; Prokop, Aleš (referee) ; Řehák, Kamil (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with issues in the field of latch parking brakes, specifically the control mechanism. The key element of the work was the structural design of this mechanism, which converts the rotary movement of the electric motor into the translational movement of the control member enabling the latch to be inserted and extended from the latch wheel. The research part describes the main components of the mechanism and a description of individual types of control. This is followed by the creation of four conceptual designs and the selection of the optimal solution using the method of weighted coefficients. The structural part contains analytical strength calculations of the chosen conceptual design, including the solution of the kinematics of the mechanism. This part also deals with the analysis of the torque from the activation spring depending on the rotation of the crank mechanism and the subsequent optimization of the electric motor. In the end, the analytical strength calculations of selected structural units are verified by FEM analysis to confirm the functionality of the mechanism.
Rotary swinging head for excavators of weight category 14,0 to 18.9 t
Ptáčník, Michal ; Michele, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of a rotary swinging head, which is mounted between the excavator handle and its accessories. Its function is to tilt and rotate with the excavator accessories. The paper describes the most common types of manufactured Rotary swinging heads and their components, including a comparison of competing products. The search part is followed by the calculation part. Based on the calculations, the components from which the 3D model is made are selected. This is followed by the verification of the selected components by calculation. The conclusion of the work is the strength analysis of the selected components. Part of the work is also a drawing documentation of selected assemblies.
Design of the Shift Mechanism Dedicated for Electric Driven Cars
Capoušek, Josef ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Prokop, Aleš (advisor)
In this paper the problematic of the design of the shift mechanism for a multi-gear transmission is presented. Research part is focused on the recent electric drive units development and the application possibilities of multi-gear transmissions. Available studies shows a possible improvement in vehicle parameters, primarily a reduction in energy consumption and vehicle drive range. Design of the shift fork mechanism includes the conceptual design creation, the optimal variant choice based on a multi-criteria assessment, the structural design and the subsequent analysis of components and creation of a technical drawing of selected parts.
